Kelab Bolasepak PNSB (PNSB FC) dengan kerjasama daripada Akademi Bolasepak PNSB akan menganjurkan karnival bolasepak tahunannya untuk kali ke-4 yang diberi nama KARNIVAL BOLASEPAK KEMERDEKAAN KE-53 (2010). Karnival Bolasepak yang seringkali dianjurkan PNSB FC bersempena kehadiran bulan kemerdekaan negara akan diadakan pada tarikh dan masa yang telah ditentukan seperti berikut:-

Tempat : Stadium Mini Shah Alam, Selangor

Masa : 8.00 pagi hingga 6.30 petang

Nota: Tempat hanya dibuka kepada 16 PASUKAN sahaja.
